I am a veteran teacher in the Truckee Tahoe Unified School District.  I currently teach at Alder Creek Middle School, where I also serve as head of the service learning program.

I joined the board of TAO because its programs were the most successful field experiences ever offered at our school.  The organization got hundeds of our students out to do quality work in the outdoors.  I am very interested in bridging school curriculum with service learning.
